Hello, I'm having trouble using the PowerLed Program V 2.61. I know how to add text and program sign, but am unsure how to make the program on my laptop go from the USB into the sign as every time I export on the USB and plug it in the sign, nothing happens. I look forward to a reply.

The easiest way to upload the content to your sign device is with the help of the built-in Sync feature. Power Led supports the SYNC feature which means that as long as the panel is connected to PC, you can directly test the text with it.
Based on what I've seen when installing Power Led, you need to connect the panel using its serial port. I couldn't see anything regarding USB file transfer.
My program correctly runs in a computer window, but I can't save and apply the panel through USB, Controller TF s1/su, Password 168, Panel 96 X 16 Color R.

You might have to reach the developers because this procedure is nowhere explained. However, as far as I know for these devices you have t make sure that they're properly connected to the PC using the COM/USB ports in order to save settings.

How do I switch between texts in Power Led 2.80. I want to display a set of text for some time say for 3 mins and another set after that for 3 mins. I changed the play modes but didn't really work.

The official website which is listed as being the one where the application resides isn't working anymore. The hosting is there as I can see a default page added when you buy hosting, but that's it which could mean that the developer is migrating to another website or the website and the hosting are both discontinued.
If you still have the software installed, then right click the shortcut and open the file location. You might find a user guide or a manual to help you work with the software.

168 should be the password, if not try contacting the support forum.

Qpuncture is not working with Catalina.
